    We accept refund requests for false eyelashes that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request for a refund is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The false eyelashes were purchased directly from our ecommerce store.

    2. Non-Refundable Items
    The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or opened false eyelashes.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional period.

    3. Refund Process
    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@heylashy.com within 14 days of receiving your false eyelashes.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as photos) if applicable.
  • Our customer support team will assess your request and provide instructions on the return process if applicable.

    4. Return Shipping
    If a return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    5. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect the returned false eyelashes, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If the returned product meets our refund criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

  • For orders paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
